Key Accountabilities:
To lead and manage maintenance team of FANSHUN MAUSER group, make sure all the equipment and facilities are meet with the production requirements and EHS requirements. Be responsible for the automation/CAPEX project/process optimizing . Improve the OEE and decrease the energy.
Qualifications and Requirements
College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing/mechanical and electrical engineering;
More than 10 years" experience in equipment maintenance, more than 5 years" experience in equipment maintenance manager;
Familiar with blow molding machine equipment, metal pipe processing equipment, hydraulic pressure, and high-frequency welding equipment. Familiar with Siemens PLC and its automation equipment.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork spirit, strong management ability and executive ability.
Good English skill in reading and writing.
Notes:
We had three plants ,which located in Shang hai , Wuxi, Guang Zhou.
Can base in Shang hai or Wu xi.
Short period for business trip among three plants rotation.
